Clinical and Direct Service Positions

DIVISION MANAGER, RESIDENTIAL SERVICES:  NEW full time position will be responsible for: 1) assisting with design and implementation of residential programming; 2) development/sign-off of treatment plans for various residential programs; 3) providing staff training and development on a regular basis; and 4) clinical supervision of RSA staff. Masters degree in human service field is required. Licensure as an LCSW or LCPC in the state of Illinois, plus the ability to function as an LPHA, is preferred. Candidates must have a strong outreach orientation and a desire to work with the persistently mentally ill and dually diagnosed populations. Previous clinical and supervisory experience and a strong desire to share knowledge and teach/coach/mentor other individuals would be highly recommended.

 

All Heritage positions require a valid driver’s license, proof of automobile insurance, and reliable means of transportation. In addition, criminal and DCFS background checks, and pre-employment drug test are required prior to employment.
