The vision of IDEA is to create a culture that is diverse and welcoming, communicates trust, value, and respect, nurtures wellbeing and connection, and carves paths through equity and access. The purpose of IDEA is to cultivate a culture experienced by consumers, employees, and community partners while setting the standard of how we work with, for, and alongside one another.
