Heritage Child & Adolescent Outpatient Services are provided to children and adolescents who are 3 years to 18 years of age. For those individuals experiencing behavioral and/or emotional symptoms, the goal is to provide age specific assessment and treatment to reduce the emotional and/or behavioral difficulties experienced by youth.

Once you've made the decision to call us, Heritage staff will make it as easy as possible to complete an intake assessment through our Open Access Clinic.  

​

Open Access Clinic is held Monday – Friday from 8:00AM to 10:45AM and 1:00PM to 3:45PM. for the Decatur office. Assessments are scheduled by appointment in the Clinton office.
