Heritage Behavioral Health Center Fee Schedule

Heritage Behavioral Health Center provides services regardless of an individual’s ability to pay. Individuals will not be denied services due to an inability to pay. Fees may be further reduced or waived when necessary to ensure access to services. Financial assistance is based on household income and family size using 200% of the 2026 Federal Poverty Guidelines. Standard charges are established charges before insurance benefits, payer requirements, or financial assistance. Service units may vary by service and payer billing requirements.
