Making a Difference
Heritage Behavioral Health Center is a private not-for-profit organization dedicated to improving the mental and physical well-being of those we serve and advancing behavioral health in our community. As a growing organization, we are always looking for genuine, caring people to join our team! Working here at Heritage means dedication to being a positive force for change in our communities. In order to meet the needs of our clients and serve the community, we offer a wide range of open opportunities including various clinical, administrative, operations, and many more types of roles.

Employee Benefits
In addition to the ability to make a real difference in the community, we also offer employee benefits above and beyond most other organizations. One of our top priorities as an organization is ensuring our employees experience wellness, stability, and growth in their personal and professional lives. If we are going to ‘talk the talk’ of promoting mental health and overall wellness in our communities, we also need to ‘walk the walk’ of enabling our employees to make their own mental health and overall wellness high priorities in their lives!
