As part of our commitment to treating the whole person, we provide primary care services in addition to our mental health and substance use services. Our primary care providers offer a range of prevention and wellness services to treat common illnesses and manage chronic conditions.

What services do you offer?

Heritage providers ensure individuals have access to primary care services like ongoing periodic laboratory testing, physical measurement of health status indicators and changes in the status of chronic health conditions, and more. We also provide patient education on managing chronic conditions, how physical health and mental health affect each other, and how they might best pursue recovery and wellness, including diet, nutrition, and exercise.

How do I access Primary Care from Heritage?

To learn more about Primary Care Services or to inquire about other services at Heritage Behavioral Health Center, reach out to us at 217-362-6262. Services occur Monday through Friday between 8:00PM – 5:00PM, year around, excluding holidays. Extended hours are available upon request.
