Heritage Behavioral Health Center offers support for individuals adjudicated Not Guilty by Reason of Insanity (NGRI) or deemed Unfit to Stand Trial (UST).

Our Outreach and Engagement Specialist provides case management services and assists the client in following conditions set by the court. Criteria for acceptance include court adjudication as NGRI or UST and the ability to live independently or in a group home. While these programs primarily serve adults, the program has the capacity to offer support to juveniles as well.

• Not Guilty by Reason of Insanty (NGRI): NGRI Community Reintegration aids those transitioning from state hospitals under Conditional Release (a set of court approved conditions the individual is required to follow in order to remain in the community)

• Unfit to Stand Trial (UST): Outpatient Fitness Restoration helps individuals restore fitness for trial within one year.
