Heritage Services

Mobile Crisis Response

Our Mobile Crisis Response team provides crisis intervention services to Anyone, Anytime, Anywhere. This program provides these services to individuals experiencing a mental health crisis in order to return the individual to their pre-crisis level of functioning. Heritage crisis staff may also provide needed support and linkage with other services that will help prevent or reduce the likelihood of repeated crisis episodes.

What does the Mobile Crisis Response Team do?

Each member of our Mobile Crisis Response team is trained in crisis intervention. They use assessment and counseling as well as linkage to other key services to de-escalate crises and guide individuals to their pre-crisis level of functioning. This program also provides timely response to crisis events throughout the community.

This could include an individual’s home, a hospital, emergency departments, public and private buildings, etc. Timely response to crisis calls helps our team achieve the best possible outcome to many crisis situations as the mental health crises are addressed before they spiral out of control.

How do I access these services?
