Heritage Services
School Based Programs
All of the expertise and evidence-based, trauma-informed care you can expect to find in our Children’s Mental Health Outpatient services is available on-site at more than 25 schools throughout Macon, DeWitt, and Piatt counties. With access-to-care being such an important part of our mission as an organization, we make it easier for youth to access the care they need by coming to them. Each of our school-based mental health professionals has specialized experience in working closely with youth during developmental changes that influence behavioral health in youth.

What are the services?
Our Youth and Family clinicians understand that working with children and adolescents demands a specialized skill set. They understand how developmental changes influence behavioral health issues in youth. This understanding is crucial in tailoring interventions and support services effectively to address the evolving needs of young individuals.
